Not so BLISSful

It was my first time at Bliss, I was referred by a friend of mine, however I was a bit disappointed in the service. The washer was a bit too aggressive (I assumed she was new). The wash and condition was so quick, it felt like my hair was not washed properly. Turns out it was a student washer (which they did not disclose). No heat protectant was used on my hair before styling which is odd to me. The whole process seemed a bit rushed, I’m not sure if it’s because I went on a Friday (busier day). When I got home I could tell my hair was indeed not washed properly. I would be hesitant to go again. Maybe it was bad luck but I believe it might be overhyped.
