Very bad service

Bought 8 dresses from them. 4 brides****s, 3 flowergirls and 1 mother of the brides dress. Order was made more than 6 months in advance and paid for. 3 weeks before the wedding no dresses were delivered and when called no proof was given that the dresses even existed saying that we instead have "trust issues". Well obviously! Its been months!!!!! She sends package tracking with **** tracking numbers and when asked for a refund she reversed payment. After a long debate and phone calls she finally delivered the dresses. The flower girls dresses were not the right colour. 2 weeks before the wedding not much we can do but get other dresses. Mother of the bride dress we paid extra for different design and lace to be added. Instead no lace and same design as all the other. Over all would not recommend for any wedding.
