Client paid for services, and wanted to test free trial

I was scrolling on my phone and saw this interesting APP, what happened next still feels like it was not supposed to happen, I wanted to use the free trial so completing the profile stated its about 39.00 a month if I remember correctly and 1900.00 and odd sents for a year, not I was under the impression as any other app you only pay after the free trial and on top of that I was not aware that this annual cost will all be paid in once scoop, well with that being said, I have not even finalised it then it went and deducted on my google account straight from my account almost 2000.00 I don't have the funds this is the reason I wanted to test the free trial, so they stated clearly refunds were possible, and I sent them an email, and no one has responded to me as yet, this has caused me to block my bank card and report it as ***** by the bank, but now how do I retrieve my money from this company, be careful anyone who wants to use any apps on Google what they say and do it not the same thing, I am 2000.00 less in my bank account that is medical bills money, and no one can seem to help me
