Unprofessional and absurd customer support

Can Miway blink be professional and considerate and stop this unprofessional behavior and negligence act. My attorney has sent a dispute letter and we were promised to get feedback in 7 days on the recipient of the letter this was indicated by Ntuthuko Gavu till today we haven't not received any feedback. Miway blink is hindering the legal process that my attorneys are pursuing and this delay tactics will have dire implications to the company should we present ourselves to the court of law .
