Their service is quick and efficient. Whenever I request a call back on the app, they call almost immediately. I recently added my own car tracker to my cover, not knowing that they have a specific one that I am required to use, resulting in an increase on my premium. The consultant I spoke to initially never told me about this. So they went back to review the recording and upon realising that I really wasn’t made aware of this, they reduced my premium back to what it was. Their monthly cashback benefit is also a nice touch. So far, I’m happy!
