The approach of MiWay is testy and inflicts on the trust levels of the client. If not handled with the absolute care - it pushes the client into default defence mode - results into an emotional discussion about trust. The 5 star rating is not for the process - it’s the way assessor Kgomotso managed the situation. He is exceptional and a people’s person - if it was not for his high intelligence EQ levels - I would have been really miss-guided with the type of questioning which I found condescending and borders on no trust for clients.
