So disappointed and want my car fixed

I've only been with Miway blink for less than a year and so disappointed with their service. My car was damaged by hail in Nov 2023, it was taken in to their panel beater and partner where they scratched it in the process. I complained to the panel beater on the same day and also alert Miway blink. I have followed up via email 4 times since then and no response. I haven't received help via the whatsapp line either
