On the 29th of March 2023, I was sold comprehensive insurance from MiWay Blink by Tremaine Fitiah. Based on the information given by the above mentioned agent, and the low premium, I decided to join. However, I did ask the agent if damage to car keys are covered/insured which he assured me that they are. Now another agent on WhatsApp by the name of Kwena Papole in the claims division on WhatsApp says that keys are not covered
