On the 10/10/2025 they refuse to entertain a quote that R19,00 over the limit we as consumers pay our monthly premiums and get annual policy renewals where the premium increases and never decrease this honestly very disappointing an amount like this could be wavered and the process can continue even if i were to cover the shortfall as client of this insurer for years i am very disappointed in the way this is being handled and would appreciate if the company would become more loyal towards their clients.
