Mr Khumalo was incredibly helpful and fast on the trigger with assessing and reacting to my needs. Very straightforward and kind approach. Clear voice and direction, he should be on the radio with that voice! Overall fantastic experience. Unlike another popularinsurance company I've had where you on hold and eventually when someone answers they sound so miserable. Overall 11/10 service and response. Mr Khumalo laid everything out for me so simply and with an incredible attitude.
