Monthly payback drastically decreased.

I have been with Blink for over a year. Everything has been fine until now, the money I was supposed to get back was way less than what I received in the past. Upon enquiring I was told it is because I was not confirming my mileage and taking photos in previous months so they are clawing back the money. This makes no sense because I confirm every single month, and some of the months I took photos as requested. Today I am being told I was supposed to take photos every month. I don't know how I was supposed to take pictures every month when the app was not requesting any.

I cancelled on the spot.
