Miway: True definition of disappointment

I have nothing good to say about Miway at this point. Only disappointment. My premiums cover my car and minor scratches and dent.

So, on the 23rd of March I had an incident where after cleaning the car I left my car outside to properly dry.

A tree branch from a big tree was blown away by strong wind and it fell on top of my car. I swiftly submitted the claim and within a week I provided all the required information.

The claim was rejected using a "LOOPHOLE" of telling me that the incident happened before I completed 30 days after taking the insurance. This came as a surprise because before I took the insurance I asked them (the agent that helped me: Class) if there are waiting periods and the answer was "NO" and they even deducted money from my account, but when I encounter the incident, the song changed. I don't like dealing with ****** and dishonest companies. If they can't keep their promises I will never recommend Miway, I will advise other people to avoid it and I will actively search for their replacement.
