Miway Blink poor service and misleading information

The 8th September 2023 I was involved an accident which resulted my car to be a write-off while insured by Miway blink . After several investigations done I was contacted by the insurance indicating that my claim might be rejected because their witnesses that allege I was under the influence,but the cops were present at the accident scene and they took down my statement and by law SAPS won't never take a statement of someone who is under the influence and there is no medical reports that insurance have to prove that I testes positive for alcohol. They using their own discretion of discredited information which their have received to one of the pupils that directly benefit from the company as it is a tow-truck business that brings business to them. Since I am black person and young the favors were against my odds due to my skin ***mentation. I would like to announce I will have.
