Miway blink has the worst insurance ever

I asked for my policy schedule only to be sent an email of a screen shot of their app. The schedule is not on PDF format. I will refer this to the ombudsman. What type of insurance that doesn't have a proper policy schedule. What will happen at claim stage when even their operations department is failing ? I asked to be called back and nothing. I will escalate this , thats a promise
