Miway blink are ******

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service i received from Miway Blink regarding my vehicle insurance claim.

Despite may efforts to resolve this matter amicably, I have met with unwillingness and lack of cooperation from the insurer. My claim number *** has been pending for the last four months and has not been resolved causing significant inconvenience and stress.

I have sent numerous emails to the assessor Pedro Maldonado advising him that my lights are not working see one of the emails below

Hi Pedro

Understand what you are saying but these parts are not working, so what is your solution to this.

I even spoke to a lady in the legal department from Miway see one of the emails below

Palesa Mashilwane I referred to the attached document.

I do not have an issue with the fact the second hand parts were installed, the problem is, they are not working.

Stated in attached Miway policy " The purpose of insurance is to place you back in the same position you were prior to the accident and not to enrich you".

I'm in a worse off position now than before my incident, they were quick to take the access money and every month they get their payment on my insurance.

They have all these polices and yet they don't abide to their policies. Robbing incident people.
