Malebana Mohale assisted me with a call regarding recovery of excess from 3rd party
Malebana Mohale assisted me with a call regarding recovery of excess from 3rd party. He was very patient and empathetic and explained the process to be undertaken very well. He then also helped with other questions I had on premium payments and the payout of my claim and requested a call back on my behalf which I really appreciated. Thank you for the stellar service Malebana.
