This kind of effort and customer service makes people WANT to do and STAY in business with you! You have no idea how important it is. Even though initially she said there was nothing she could do assist my specific query, the tone, energy and effort she put into my call / request, the fact that she simply followed up with me, had already retained me as a client, before she contacted me today (after I had already decided to stay with Blink) to let me that she went back to her manager and that they could help me! To your boss / manager and your manager’s manager - I hope you have a DECENT way of recognizing and REWARDING your call center agents! LATISHA retained a client for you yesterday!
