Incorrect Cash Back Calculation
Terribly incorrect calculations with a useless app! Last month the app miscalculated my cash back as my mileage was super low. Then head office paid me the correct cash back after escalating it to customer service. This month the EXACT same error occurred and my cash back was short with over R100 and my mileage has been under 300kms. I was promised the system error glitch was fixed. Now it happened again. I just need to cancel and go to another insurer.
