If you don't drive the car you will suffer

I am trying to redeem my cashback. The whole of September I did not drive the car. The App rejected my photos and then I spoke to Latisha who couldn't assist. She made me take videos as proof that I didn't drive the car but still said she didn't receive my videos. I still couldn't redeem my cashback.
