I'd give them 10 stars if possible. I had my odometer restarted to 0km after taking my car to a service. I couldn't redeem my cashback. I spoke to one of their agents who was very patient with me and they managed to sort out the issue. I am still enjoying my cashback benefits and couldn't be more happy
