I would like to say thank you to the Blink team, special shout out to Nomhle Mabe from the claims department. She registered my claim, and it was approved within 24 hours, facilitated the process to get to the repaired and even went an extra mile to arrange car hire with the repaired although it wasn't included in my insurance. I'm eternally grateful to the Blink team. My car was repaired in a short space of time with no hassles. They've gained a long-term client in me and I have no doubt that they are far the best insurer in the market.
