I recently made a claim and and I was assisted by Nomhle Mabe. The claim process was quick and I'm happy with that. I would however suggest the company to provide professional communication training to Nomhle, the way she greeted me as a client was like she's responding to a friend. Other consultants who've assisted me before have been very professional.
