I recently had the misfortune of having a car accident, from the moment that I phoned MiWay I got helped immediately they got me a towing service to collect my car
I recently had the misfortune of having a car accident, from the moment that I phoned MiWay I got helped immediately they got me a towing service to collect my car. I left important keys on my car keys and fortunately MiWay sent a email out to Auction Nation informing them that I would be collecting my keys. The car was deemed a write off and they sent me the retail amount that the car was deemed, I waited a few days and recently recieved a call from Chadedine Duarte informing me that the retailed amount would be paid out. I am very impressed and amazed at the quick response and the help received everyone I spoke to was friendly and got thing resolved quickly. Everyone involved was amazing and I am truly grateful you always hear of how bad insurance companies are MiWay is a company I would always recommend. Thank you Chadedine and everyone else from MiWay.

I would also like to acknowledge both Bridget Sematle and Nomhle Mabe. Nomhle has been assisting me from the start and has guided and helped me she has been a real trooper and superstar answering all the questions I had. She also deserves a 5 star rating for all that she did.
Next Bridget has also been super helpful and a wonderful joy on this road, I had forgotten to take my work keys off of my bakkies keys, she sent a email to Auction Nation informing them that I would come and sent me a mail informing me of the mail she sent, these three who assisted me has done a brilliant job and has taken what felt like a nightmare and turned it into a pleasant dream. From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank them for the excellent service, quick assistance, and pleasant journey. May all three of you prosper in all that you do and thank you for all that you have done.
