I had an accident with my vehicle on Wednesday the 6th of August, when I was on my way back home after work and since my vehicle was drivable I reported everything to the insurance on the same day. The very next day Nomhle Mabe from the claims department contacted me and assisted me with completing the claim and booking an assessment on my car the same day. This was yesterday. Today I got feedback that my claim has been approved. The service was so quick and efficient and Nomhle was so helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you team for such a seamless process. This was my first ever accident and was very stressful for me. So I am very happy that this part of the process was handled so swiftly for me.
