Was involved in a rear end incident where I had to pay an excess to have my car repaired. I submitted all the required documentation and was assigned Nikita Kisten to help with the cost recovery. She helped recover my excess in about 3 months (I was aware it would be lengthy but this seemed quicker), and provided updates throughout the process.
