Excellent claims advisor Prudence Komape

I have to commend the wonderful service I have received from the very beginning I started with the claim process after somebody reversed into my (barely) 4 month old Suzki. At first I just wanted to know what to do - should I open a claim and hope and pray the other driver will get the ball rolling with his insurance company or not. Prudence explained what is best and ever since she has shown compassion (during my times of frustration) and loads of patience! Thank you so much for everything you do to make the client feel at ease. I wish there were more claims advisors like her.
