Disgusting in treatment from Miway blink

I'm immensely disgused in the service I've been getting from Miway blink as a client. I had my front lights ****** out (end of Jan 2024), I submitted my claim, and was assigned an insurance advisor (Prudence Komape), my car was only booked in for repairs on the 21st Feb with Fix auto which she (Prudence) arranged with. I received my car back on the 18 March 2024, a few days after receiving my car back my lights stopped working. I contacted Fix auto and advised them of this as it was still under warranty. They got back to me a few days later and advised me that the insurance (miway) approved used/alternative light control modules that is why my lights stopped working, I immediately contacted Prudence and advised her of this matter. She then advised me she will send it to the assessing department, which she and assessing department till now hasnt given me feedback regarding the matter ( do beare in mind my lights are not working). This has been going on since march.

I am truly and utterly disgusted as a client to the treatment from Miway blink as a renowned insurance company.
