Disappointed her again!

Miway blink continues to disappoint. It's a company that's very inconsiderate. Miway blink short paid my finance company. The money was paid to Marquis Finance on the 21st of November and my debit for the finance normally went off on the 25th of every month. The debit went off on the 25th as per normal. I asked marquis finance for a refund and they came back saying the Miway blink short paid them. Miway blink was supposed to pay the correct amount. Where I thought I would be getting my money back, I am now liable for Miway's mishap. I have emailed Miway blink. Even asked for a call back to no avail. I received an email today to say it's still under comsideration. How long does it take to resolve a matter of urgency. Really!
