Charles Tshabalala is legit one of the best agents I've ever dealt with! He is very patient, very professional and always follows up🙏🏽 He previously assisted me with my cover....so yesterday I called in to have a few adjustments made....while holding to be assisted I droped him an email (trying my luck)....and within seconds Charles was already calling me back on a different line🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 Honesty if I had a choice to have an agent assigned to me, I would definitely choose him...he is top tier!!!
