Bhavika Ramchendran from MiWay was able to successfully recover my excess for me after I was in involved in an accident in February. The rest of my claims process was also pretty smooth. My only complaint would be that I had to be the one to reach out to find out about it. It would’ve been nice if they had contacted me as soon as the recovery was successful
