Being held at ransom and they refuse to cancel my policy despite me not having the car anymore!!

I have been trying to cancel my policy since the 11th of march 2025 and have been chatting to an agent by the name of Miyeleni Baloyi and she is not helping me at all. I am tired of the chats and want the policy cancelled.

I have traded in my car but they refuse to cancel my cover.

On the 25th my debit order will go off, then what?? I must wait 14 days for a refund???

I want this policy cancelled and You better not debit my account!!
