Bad turn around time when you want to cancel up to 9 working days to get a call

I have been struggling to cancel my insurance with myway blink. I was chatting with Miyelani Baloyi on WhatsApp and he hosted me after I asked for my policy to be canceled then I requested a callback and Kelebogile called me only to be told that I would be called within 72 working hours. by the way 72 business hours is 9 working days.
