Bad service - terrible- unhelpful staff

This insurance company is really terrible. Do not be sucked in by their cheap prices, they are very difficult to deal with. they cannot perform basic functions mostly as they try to do everything with their app which malfunctions constantly, Getting to talk to a person is very difficult and getting your problem solved is nearly impossible. Stay away from these guys
