They refused to fix my car, after the lady on the call told me to have them tow it.

I have paid the money to have my car released. They will not get back to me or release my car. I have to pay rental for the car, while they chill.

Regret switching to them.

I hope it is, because the Solani Baloyi lady thinks it’s funny to send me emails pretending that I never sent proof of payment. While I did and emailed her. I have proof on WhatsApp.

I want my car back. I am not using your insurance again after the 20th of September. Do not debit my account .
