Horrible Experience

Good day,

I purchased a medic alert bracelet for my mother-in-law online from "Blink Juwele".

Upon enquiry I asked if they can supply me with the silver bracelet as well as the details I wanted on there.

Blink Juwele sent me an example and I agreed and was happy with my order. I proceeded to make the payment and my order was confirmed.

When my mother-in-law received her bracelet the font was NOTHING like we discussed. Please revert to my example image and the image of the received bracelet on my mother- in-laws arm.

I contacted "Blink Juwele" immediately and told them I am not happy and that it was not the font that I chose (my invoice also stated the "brush font" that I wanted.). Since that message all my calls and messages have been ignored. I am almost certain my number has been blocked because calls go straight to voicemail and WhatsApp messages delivered with "one tick".

I bought this bracelet for mom for her birthday and she recently underwent an operation for a pacemaker. It's sad that people do this to others.
