Unprofessional dissatisfaction service

I would like express my frustration and disappointment with Blink Finance regarding a loan that I took out and settled in full. Despite confirming that the loan was paid in full, my credit report still shows that I owe on this loan.

I have been in contact with the creditor's customer service department to be specific Jodine De Bruyn multiple times, but they have failed to assist me in resolving this issue. I have provided proof of payment and settlement that she issued me with, but they continue to ignore my requests to update my credit report.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and attention to detail provided by Blink Finance. As a result this has affected my credit score and resulted in delaying my progress in order to be able to have a good credit score
