Paid Up Letter

Hi

I need urgent assistance. I app**** for a pay day loan with Blink Finance and settled it on December 20th. However, their system still indicates I'm in arrears and on my credit report. I shared my bank statement with them, which shows the amount debited last week, but nothing has changed. I also requested a Paid up letter, but no one has responded. Please could Blink Finance correct their books as this is affecting my credit history.
