Paid in Full but Still No Paid-Up Letter

Paid my account in full, but still no paid-up letter. Being sent back and forth between Blink Finance and attorneys. The attorneys keep advising that they are waiting for feedback from Blink Finance, while Blink Finance referred me to the attorneys in the first place. What was the point of settling my account then?
