Frustrating

So lost my job a month or 2 ago. Emailed and notified everyone that I owe. With Blink I asked for their account number because I wanted to settle was taken from pillar to post. Never have I ever heard that you can’t be given an account number when you want to be a good human and settle your debt. Then I get threatened that they handed me, how when no one wants to give me their banking details????
