Extremely Disappointed with Blink Finance

I am highly dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from Blink Finance. I settled my loan and received a paid-up letter, yet the loan is still reflecting on my credit report.

I first raised this issue on 1 August, and I was assured that the update had been made and the entry would be removed within five weeks. Fast forward four months later, and the account is still on my credit file, negatively affecting my credit score and future financial opportunities.

I sent a follow-up email on 2 December, hoping to resolve this matter, but I have yet to receive any response. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a financial service provider.

Blink Finance’s failure to address this issue after repeated attempts to contact them demonstrates poor customer service and disregard for clients’ financial well-being. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I expect immediate action to resolve this matter and proper communication moving forward.
