Blink finance has ****** my money because the staff don't know how to do their jobs!!!!

A lady called me a few days before the 13th of December for a new debit date and I asked her to set it up for the 13th, at 23.33pm my account was debited for the full amount and settled. Now on the 27th of December, BLINK FINANCE TAKES THE SAME AMOUNT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR A DEBIT THATS PAID OFF. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY, YOU GUYS NEED TO CATCH A WAKE UP CALL. TRAIN YOUR WORKERS. R1980.78 is alot of money, how can I have no existing loan but you'll ***** my money ??????
