Well done for the excellent service provided
Iain arrived on time and had struggled to go through the gate because of our security guards, however he remained calm and patient. We got to the house and still got disturbed by the security guard and Iain showed his problem solving skills and we were very impressed because the security guards delayed the process but Iain managed to do the installation in time. He provided very good service and went the extra mile at all times. Thank you very much, I wish him greater success in his career path as he is a great asset to your company.
