Unhappy customer

I requested their service to install soundbar which i bought on 25 February 2019 from Makro,it was istalled on 27 February 2019 the gentleman offered to throw boxes away after they've done the work.i didn't realise that other accessories were missing my manual,hdmi and usb cable were missing because during the gentleman was busy he put everything on floor. I called the company the following day and they promise to investigate and they never came back to me i was talking to Mxolisi who never call as promised. Today i called after 16:00 wanted to findout the lady called Analise saying they have concluded that my soundbar has no accessories i mentioned. Im surprised because i even went to Makro to verified my soundbar is a Samsung HW-M450
