Terrible follow through

only 1 star because i cant give 0 had an installation scheduled for the 10th, waited 2 weeks for the appointment, on the day no-one pitched, rescheduled for the 12th, they showed up an hour late and couldn't do the installation because they were to late for the installation window due to estate policy, now they are saying they want to do the installation on a Sunday which does not suit me, they never contacted me to say that its been re-booked, had to follow up to find this out, would not recommend them to anyone, how they landed a contract with makro is beyond me.
