Super Service from Start to Finish!

I thought I would pass on my compliments to your company regarding the recent installation completed at our residence.

My experience with contacting companies via email or contact forms on their websites have not been very fruitful in the past but within minutes of sending off an email requesting to be contacted regarding an installation using a voucher acquired with a recent upgrade purchase of the Explora 2 I was contacted. The person who contacted me (sorry, I can't remember her name) from the call centre was polite and understood what I needed. She asked pertinent questions regarding the requirements of my installation and ensured that I was aware of the possible extra costs that might be incurred if the installation was more complicated and required more time or extra materials. After filling me in on the details she said that somebody from the installations department would get hold of me shortly to arrange a time for installation.

Again my experience in the past from other "service providers" means that this will not usually take place anytime soon but I was pleasantly surprised when within a few minutes I was speaking to an agent wanting to fix a time for installation. He offered me a slot almost immediately but I was not going to be available till later in the day. He said he would call me back shortly to arrange a later time. again within minutes he was back with a new time which was suitable.

Later in the day about an hour and a half prior to the arranged time I received call from him and I immediately thought that he was going to ask if they could delay the appointment possibly to the following day. But no, he wanted to let me know that the technical team were running early and was there was any possibility that they could come through a bit earlier. I had just gotten home and said that would be perfect. The team arrive about 20 minutes later more that an hour earlier than the original booking.

The team were friendly, polite and efficient. It was a very hot day and we joked about who had drawn the short straw and was going to have to crawl in the hot box of the ceiling crawl space. They completed the installation professionally with no mess or fuss in just over an hour all the time with a smile on their faces. It is almost as if they were enjoying their work and were proud of the finished product. This is a breath of fresh air!
