Shocking workmanship from Blingstallation!

BlingStallation (Pty) Ltd is the most pathetic company I've dealt with. Last year during lockdown we suffered from a series of break-ins within our estate. We bought an installation voucher from Makro SA, only to realise it's BlingStallation (Pty) Ltd when they arrived at our doorstep. My instinct was to send them back but the security risk was too high. I remember Ahmed Tilly warning about these guys service (or lack thereof) in the past. Anyways the dude 'installed' the gate but when I tried to close the gate it wouldn't lock properly. So I instructed him to remove the lock and do it properly because what is the point of a security gate if not installed properly, right? He removes it and in the process damages our wall and tiles of our beloved house. By now I'm furious. Then to top things off he ask for another 1hr's labour because he went over his booked time on the job. I agreed to pay (heaven knows why). About a month ago, I called them again to come out and fix their mess and install it properly only to be hit by a "you going to have to pay a service/call out fee upfront" I'm like 'you must be out of your freakn mind'! So this is what their 'Lifetime Workmanship quarantee' looks like. Stay away, Far away and warn all your family and friends.
