Promised full installation and delivered half
This company salesperson in Makro Pretoria, promised that all my televisions, audio-visual and speakers would be set-up by purchasing two vouchers. The value of the two vouchers was supposed to cover all materials, dish, cables and setup. To my horror, the installers told me it would cost and additional R42 000 to do \'HD blasting"and complete the installation. To add insult to injury"

It is unfortunate that you have resolved to placing a complaint about our service when it was clearly explained to you what yr voucher covered & we have provided proof in this regard to confirm that you knew from the outset the services you were entitled to from the installation voucher commitment.
When booking yr installation with us, you specifically requested for a quote on HD networking for yr home. You requested for various wall mount brackets to be supp**** with other additional services. Our phone records confirms that the costs where explained to you & you accepted the T&C's.
On the day of the installation you requested a quote on advanced HD networking for yr home, hence the cost estimate of R42k. Cheaper estimates where given to you which you declined.
You refused additional costs inherent to complete additional scope of work for the betterment of yr home, hence we did not provide such services to you.
The decoder which was damaged is not related to the installation but to a decoder defect independent of any influence from our technicians. You are also well aware of this.
