Poor service and bad attitude towards clients

This company installed two DSTV decoders in my home and then advised me to replace my existing signal amplifier with a new one which didn't improve the signal quality. I asked them to remove it again and restore the system to what it was before. After removing the new amplifier and billing me for additional hours on site I was left with a non functional system and after refusing to pay for all the time they wasted achieving nothing, they threatened to black list me on the credit bureaus for an amount of R125!!!! Please avoid using this company as they have a seriously bad attitude towards their clients.
