Poor service

Bought a gas stove from Makro, they advised I use Bling to install the gas. The actual work is top quality, however, they decided to ***** the warning sign straight into my wooden cupboard door, at the top, no where near where the actual shut off valve is, and so tight that the plastic sign bent. I now have 2 holes in my door and they refuse to do anything about it, other than move the sign to the bottom of the door. They have ruined a cupboard door in essence, and taking into account how hard it was to speak to anyone senior about it, they just seem to not care. My recommendation is to find another company that will take responsibility.
