Poor communication, Hidden charges not disclosed

Bought a fridge at Makro wonderboom PTA and asked questions prior payment as to if the fridge doesn’t fit the door what needs going to happen was told that the 1 hour delivery fee covers everything. Cause the lady explained that the door removal is included in the 1 hour. Now as the fridge is being delivered we are being told the extra charges R850 for door removal and R375 if the job takes more than an hour. We budget for this things in advance. No2 your installation (blingStallation) company is very unprofessional the Team leader was advising the drop off guys to leave the fridge and leave my question is where as I do not have the space anywhere I am currently renting at the flats. The most painful thing is asked I asked all about all this things prior to buying/paying for the fridge.
